AM Realty Solutions unveils Aranyam Estate, a 400-acre wellness-first township in the Goa–Konkan region, blending luxury living, holistic wellness, sustainable development, and nature-inspired community planning.
AM Realty Solutions has announced the launch of Aranyam Estate, a 400-acre wellness-first township in the scenic Goa–Konkan region. Envisioned as India's largest wellness township, the project aims to combine modern luxury with ancient wellness traditions while promoting sustainable and community-centric living.
With an estimated project value of ₹2,500 crore, Aranyam Estate is designed to set new standards in wellness real estate through eco-friendly infrastructure, holistic healthcare facilities, and green urban planning. The township will feature Ayurveda and naturopathy centers, yoga and meditation spaces, longevity hospitals, organic farming zones, spiritual learning areas, and wellness-focused community amenities.
According to Khushal Chopra, Founder & CEO of AM Realty Solutions, the vision behind Aranyam Estate is to integrate wellness into everyday life by creating an environment that supports physical, mental, and spiritual well-being rather than simply offering lifestyle amenities.
The master plan aligns with national initiatives such as Fit India, AYUSH, and wellness tourism programs. Nearly 40% of the township's area has been reserved for green spaces, including walking trails, cycling boulevards, herbal gardens, water bodies, and open landscapes that contribute to a self-sustaining ecosystem.
AM Realty Solutions, co-founded by Amit Monga, Khushal Chopra, Kamal Bhatnagar, and Mitul Sethi, has delivered over 2.5 crore sq. ft. of real estate and served more than 20,000 clients across India. Through Aranyam Estate, the company aims to create a global benchmark for wellness-driven communities while offering long-term investment potential in one of India's fastest-growing lifestyle destinations.
The Goa–Konkan region has emerged as a prime investment hotspot due to enhanced connectivity through Mopa International Airport, expanding tourism infrastructure, and rising demand for luxury second homes and wellness-focused properties. The project is expected to benefit from these growth trends while contributing to regional employment and economic development.
Phase 1 of the township is currently underway and is expected to be completed within the next 2–3 years, with possession planned from 2026 onward. Aranyam Estate is positioned to become a landmark destination for wellness living, sustainable development, and long-term real estate investment.
