AM Realty Solutions has announced the launch of Aranyam Estate, a 400-acre wellness-first township in the Goa-Konkan belt, envisioned as India's largest wellness-focused community. With an estimated project value of ₹2,500 crore, the township is designed to integrate luxury living, environmental sustainability, and holistic wellness while offering premium modern villa plots for homebuyers and investors.

The project is conceptualized as a "City Built on Wellness" and will include yoga and meditation zones, Ayurvedic and naturopathy centers, organic farming clusters, longevity hospitals, healing gardens, and spiritual retreat spaces. Approximately 40% of the township will remain dedicated to green cover, creating a sustainable and nature-centric environment.

Buyers will have the opportunity to build custom luxury villas on premium plots located within wellness and green zones. The project aims to attract both end-users and investors looking for long-term appreciation opportunities in Goa's growing real estate market.

Aranyam Estate will be developed in two phases, with the first phase expected to be completed within two to three years. Possession of the modern villa plots is projected to begin in 2026.
